The Cancer Compass Beyond The Diagnosis provides Advocacy, Education, and tailored Resources to Support Patients, Survivors, and Caregivers.
Patient Navigation
Individualized guidance through Colon Cancer diagnosis and treatment logistics, ensuring you have the support needed at every stage. We assist with coordinating second opinions, and managing healthcare communications so you can focus on healing. Our navigators can work closely with your medical team to streamline your path. Consent would need to be granted before hand.
Support Groups
Safe spaces for Caregivers, Patients, and Survivors to share experiences, find resilience, and access to resources to help support along their journey. Support Groups are held In-person once a month (every 1st Saturday). Virtually, sessions are held twice a month on the (2nd and 4th Saturdays). RSVP is required for all sessions. Patients, Survivors and Caregivers may also join us daily in our online community groups.
